Privacy Policy

I place a lot of value on your privacy. I am committed to collecting, using and disclosing personal information responsibly and only to the extent necessary for the services I provide. I try to be as open and transparent as I can regard how I handle personal information.

I do not share any of this information with any third parties. I am not a partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

If you supply me with your phone number, email address or postal address, you will only receive the information for which you provided me with this information. Any personal information you provide will be held in confidence and not be communicated, directly or indirectly, to a third party without your informed and written consent, except where required by law.

If you are not my client, any email or other internet-based correspondence such as instant messaging or online forms will be deleted within one month of your last contact with me, or sooner upon your request. Notes from any telephone or personal conversations will also be destroyed within one month of your last contact with me, or sooner upon your request.

Before becoming my client, you will be required to provide Informed Consent by signing consent to service form that contains detailed information about my policies with regards to confidentiality and records keeping. No file will be opened in your name before you provide this consent.

PRO BONO Service

The Pro Bono Counselling is a free service for people of all ages and available to people who are unemployed, uninsured, underinsured or unable to afford counseling services. It is appropriate for individuals who are dealing with situations such as unemployment; career changes; life transition; depression, anxiety and stress; marital or family issues/concerns; life's everyday problems; anger management/conflict resolution; and grief and loss. This service has a limit of counselling sessions (up to five in total).

I accept referrals from other counsellors, family physicians, social agencies and non-profit organizations. For more information and making appointment send me request.
